Moneylyn is a free online financial calculator platform that provides educational and planning tools. Moneylyn is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, insurance company, tax preparer, financial planner, mortgage lender, or any other type of licensed financial service provider in the United States, Pakistan, or any other jurisdiction.

All calculator outputs are estimates generated from mathematical formulas applied to publicly available data and user-entered inputs. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on Moneylyn constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, mortgage advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Calculator results are illustrative estimates only. They do not account for your complete financial situation, risk tolerance, tax circumstances, state or local laws, lender-specific requirements, credit history, employment status, or other factors that a qualified professional would consider.

Before making any significant financial decision — including taking out a loan, investing money, filing taxes, planning for retirement, or purchasing property — you should consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

Reliance on any calculator result without independent professional verification is entirely at your own risk.

Moneylyn makes reasonable efforts to source calculator data from authoritative public sources (IRS, SSA, Freddie Mac, Federal Reserve, SBP, FBR, NEPRA, OGRA, and others) and to update data when changes are identified.

However, we make no warranty or representation that:

• Any rate, limit, threshold, tax bracket, or regulatory figure on this site is current as of the date you access it
• Calculator results accurately reflect the terms any specific lender, employer, or institution will offer you
• Data will be updated within any particular time period

Interest rates, tax laws, regulatory limits, utility tariffs, and market prices change frequently. Always confirm current figures directly with the relevant institution or official source before making decisions.

Any calculator that projects investment growth, retirement balances, savings accumulation, or asset appreciation uses assumed rates of return, inflation figures, or market benchmarks for illustrative purposes only.

Tax calculators on Moneylyn use published IRS tax brackets, standard deductions, and publicly available federal tax data for illustrative estimation purposes. They do not constitute tax advice or tax preparation services.

Results do not account for:

• State and local income taxes (which vary by jurisdiction)
• Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) in all cases
• Tax credits for which you may or may not be eligible
• Your specific filing situation, deductions, and income sources
• Net Investment Income Tax (NIIT)

• FINANCIAL LOSS, INVESTMENT LOSS, OR LOSS OF SAVINGS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON CALCULATOR RESULTS
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM INACCURATE, OUTDATED, OR INCOMPLETE DATA
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THIS SITE

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL BE ZERO. MONEYLYN IS A FREE INFORMATIONAL SERVICE AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED NO CONSIDERATION FOR ITS USE. TO THE EXTENT ANY JURISDICTION REQUIRES A MINIMUM LIABILITY AMOUNT, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THAT JURISDICTION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Optional accounts allow you to save calculations. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share account access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Not use the account for commercial exploitation of Moneylyn data or tools

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to systematically extract data from the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use Moneylyn to provide financial advice or services to third parties without appropriate licensure
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute Moneylyn calculator outputs as a commercial product without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale
• Use automated tools to access or stress-test the platform
• Upload harmful code or attempt to compromise site security

Moneylyn may display advertisements served by Google AdSense on international pages, and may contain links to external websites. We have no control over third-party content and make no representations about it. Clicking ads or external links is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with advertisers or external websites.

All calculator designs, methodologies, copy, and code on Moneylyn are our intellectual property. You may use Moneylyn tools for personal, non-commercial financial planning. You may not reproduce the tools, copy the interface, or rebrand the platform without written permission.

For users in the United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation against Moneylyn.

For users outside the United States: These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

Before initiating any formal dispute, please contact us at legal@moneylyn.app to allow us to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Moneylyn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email.
